Lars Köppl is a freelance filmmaker and DoP based in Cologne and Zurich. He is also founder of the film production company Vervest Films. 

He studied Integrated Design with a focus on image & motion at Köln International School of Design and Film at Zurich University of the Arts.

As a Director of Photography he works in the field of documentary, corporate, music video and short film. In his work, he tries to bring out the uniqueness of each moment and achieves this by always discovering new perspectives. His understanding of aesthetics, shapes and symmetry helps him to make every situation special. His keen sense for people and moments gives his work a very special recognition value.
